When you use ResumeScored, you submit resume text either by pasting it directly or uploading a file. We also collect optional information you provide such as your target job title and years of experience. If you request a PDF report, we collect your email address.

How we use your data

Your resume text is sent to an AI model to generate your score and feedback. We do not store your resume text after your score is generated. Your email address, if provided, is used only to send you the requested report and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We may use standard analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We may also serve ads through Google AdSense, which uses cookies to show relevant advertisements.

Third party links

Our results page may contain links to third-party services such as resume writing services and job boards. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect any data transmitted to our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

ResumeScored is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
